Logiq FM ("Logiq FM," "we," "us," or "our") provides Laneworks by Logiq FM. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use Laneworks and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect:
When you request a walkthrough or contact us about Laneworks, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, company, work email, phone number, fleet size, operating goals, requested plan, referral page, and campaign attribution parameters. We also retain the date, wording, and status of your communication consent. For abuse prevention, we store a one-way request fingerprint rather than a raw IP address in the inquiry record.
The Service stores operational data that you or your team enter, including:
If an authorized user enables location sharing or connects a supported tracking provider, the Service may receive location data such as latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed, heading, and event time. We use this data to display fleet positions, document load progress, support operational workflows, and provide location history made available by the enabled feature. Location records are scoped to the relevant organization and carrier access boundaries.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service:
We use session cookies for authentication (managed by Supabase Auth) and browser localStorage to store UI preferences such as dark mode settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your operational data (carriers, loads, drivers, invoices) for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:
Mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose mobile information only to service providers, including Twilio, when necessary to deliver and manage messages on our behalf, or when disclosure is required by law. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for Laneworks and its customers.
If you consent to operational text messages, message frequency varies based on active loads and dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from contacting you through other lawful channels when necessary to provide contracted services.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or government request), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Laneworks, our customers, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your data.
We may share aggregated, anonymized statistical data that does not identify any individual or organization (for example, "the average load rate this quarter across the platform") for industry research or marketing purposes.
We retain account and operational data while an account is active and according to the organization's configured retention settings, legal-hold status, contractual requirements, and applicable law. After termination or an approved deletion request, records are deleted or de-identified under our deletion process, subject to legally required records, fraud and security records, dispute preservation, and time-limited backups. Billing records and transaction logs may be retained for up to 7 years where required. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@laneworks.app.
Location data is retained for the period needed to provide enabled tracking and load-history features and according to the organization's retention settings, consent status, legal obligations, and deletion process.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
The Service allows you to store personal information about your drivers (names, phone numbers, CDL numbers, etc.). You are the data controller for this information. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from drivers and other individuals whose data you enter into the Service, and for complying with applicable privacy laws governing that data, including state consumer privacy laws.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@laneworks.app. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at support@laneworks.app.
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We take steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
